You may download a complete copy of all your data at any time from your account settings. Exports are provided in standard, open formats (CSV, JSON) with no restrictions on use. If you delete your account, we will permanently erase all your data within 7 days.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SVEND, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We will notify active users by email before any material changes take effect, and you may close your account and export your data if you disagree with changes.

Description of Service

SVEND is a decision science workbench providing statistical analysis (200+ methods), design of experiments, statistical process control, Bayesian hypothesis tracking, root cause analysis, FMEA, value stream mapping, A3 reporting, Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment, and ISO 9001:2015 QMS tools.

The platform is designed for quality engineers, continuous improvement practitioners, and operations teams in regulated and non-regulated industries.

Data Ownership & Rights

You own all data you create, upload, or generate using SVEND. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Specifically:

For enterprise and team accounts, the organization administrator controls data access and export permissions for their members.

We take data security seriously. SVEND is built to meet the expectations of organizations operating under ISO 9001:2015 and similar quality management standards.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Retention periods for operational data:

You can request an immediate and complete data export at any point before or during account deletion to ensure you have a full record for compliance purposes.

SVEND uses a minimal set of external services:

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Service Availability

We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of extended downtime or service discontinuation, we commit to providing at least 90 days notice and ensuring full data export is available throughout that period.

Limitation of Liability

SVEND is provided “as is.” Statistical analyses, AI-generated insights, and other outputs are tools to support your decision-making — not replacements for professional judgment. Always verify critical results independently.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If you disagree with any changes, you may export your data and close your account before the changes take effect.
