SVEND is free for accredited educational institutions. Students and instructors get full platform access—the same tools used in production manufacturing—at no cost.

II — What Students Get

Full access to 164 statistical analyses: control charts (I-MR, X-bar/R, CUSUM, EWMA), process capability (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk with Bayesian credible intervals), design of experiments (full/fractional factorial, response surface), measurement system analysis (Gage R&R, bias, linearity), and the analysis workbench for open-ended data exploration.

Students learn on production tools, not watered-down academic editions. When they enter the workforce, they already know the platform their employer may be using.

III — For Instructors

Each student works in their own account and exports results for grading. Shared class datasets are not available yet — distribute a CSV and every student can load the same data. The free tools (calculators, chart generators) require no login and work for homework assignments without any setup.
