You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Use SVEND for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, or use the service to store or transmit malicious code. Do not share account credentials with unauthorized users. Automated access is permitted via documented APIs only.

You retain all rights to data you upload. SVEND does not claim ownership of your process data, analyses, or reports. We access your data only to provide the service and to respond to support requests you initiate. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

SVEND, its statistical engines, user interface, documentation, and brand assets are the property of Verxted LLC. Free tools and whitepapers may be used for reference. The platform software may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

SVEND provides statistical computation tools. All engineering and quality decisions are your responsibility. SVEND is not liable for decisions made based on analyses produced by the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
