Statistical results are calibrated against NIST Statistical Reference Datasets: certified values, 15 significant digits. Control charts and capability are cross-checked against R’s qcc, hypothesis tests and regression against base R.
IV — Questions
How much does a typical quality tool stack cost?
Minitab licenses run approximately $1,900 per seat per year. Add a separate value stream mapping tool and a project-tracking tool and the cost per quality engineer climbs well past that, before any integration work. SVEND puts SPC, capability analysis, Gage R&R, hypothesis testing, regression, reliability, value stream mapping and improvement tracking on one bench, starting at $19/month.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts on Pro for five days, with no card and nothing to start — the whole catalog, every bench. When the five days are up it reverts to the Free tier on its own; nothing is charged at any point, because nothing was ever taken. After that, Pro is $19 for the month, cancellable before the next one. Team has a 14-day trial: starting that one does take a card, and nothing is charged until the fourteen days are up, with no charge for cancelling inside them. The Free tier needs no card at all and does not expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan runs month to month with no long-term commitment. Cancellation is available in account settings; the subscription ends at the close of the period already paid for. Data stays available for 90 days after that, for export.
Can I pay for a year up front?
Not yet. every plan bills monthly. There is no contract to buy out of, so paying monthly costs nothing but the wait. Regional pricing is available for India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Nigeria.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. Downgrading to Free retains read access to historical analyses for 90 days.
Do you offer discounts for education or nonprofits?
Yes. We offer reduced pricing for accredited educational institutions and registered nonprofits. Contact us with the institution’s details and we will come back with a number.
