Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature in that tier. No credit card required. The Free tier is available permanently with no time limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation for export. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount but is not required.
Is annual billing available?
Monthly billing only for now. Paid plans carry no long-term contract, so cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Regional pricing is available for India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Nigeria.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. Downgrading from Team to Pro leaves shared projects stored and read-only; upgrade again and they become active. Downgrading to Free retains read access to historical analyses for 90 days.
