SVEND Kata — Pull Systems and Inventory
A svend is a journeyman. A kata is a demonstration of form. This is a place to show what you already know how to do — not a course, not a certificate mill, and not a lead form wearing a quiz costume.
Fifteen questions on the Toyota Production System. Takt time, crewing, a current-state value stream you have to read, changeover, pull, and standard work. Arithmetic you can do on the back of a route sheet. Bring a calculator if you like — there is no time to bring anything else.
- Questions15, multiple choice, one exhibit to read
- Clock20 minutes, timed on our side, starts when you press Begin
- To pass13 of 15 correct
- AttemptsOne. The kata runs again next week.
- ClosesFriday 21 August, 2:00 PM ET
What passing earns
Twelve months of SVEND Pro. The workbench, datasets, DOE, and value-stream mapping with Hoshin. No card, no call, no trial that quietly bills you in fourteen days. You pass, you get a code, you use it.
Fail and nothing happens except that you know which ones you missed — every question is explained on the way out. Come back next week.
Same link every week. Leave it open, or come back to it — the quiz appears here when the clock runs out. See who has passed →
